Kind Grind

For this Grind come up medium speed. Jump and rotate 90 or 180 degrees(which ever you are more comfortable with). Your soul foot should be in a topside then your other foot is a frontside. Your back should be faceing the direction you are moving. Stay REALLY low and bend your knee and ankle so your topside foot doesn't roll on its wheels. This takes alot of pratice so work on it.
